Background
Henry Deacon "is a true jack-of-all-trades." {Scifi Channel} Jack Carter first meets Henry when his car is towed into town, and Henry is acting as the town mechanic. Over time, Henry and Jack become close friends, but an incident involving the Artifact drives a wedge between them. At the beginning of season two, Henry wipes Carter's memory of their shared experiences in an alternate timeline where Kim doesn't die.
